• All Checkouts of 24 Hrs.
• Booking amount Rs. 10,000/- in advance.
• Nil refund within 72hrs before occupancy date.
• Earlier to 72hrs postponement allowed to be reused in 180 days.
• Night AC Rs. 1,200/Room, you can decide on arrival.
• Extra floor mattress - Rs. 1,000/guest.
• DJ will be available on advance booking at extra cost.
• No outside eatables/food allowed on weekends.
• Weekdays - Monday 11:00 am to Thursday 05:00 pm 30% discount on rent only.
• All breakages are recovered from guest.
• Pool not allowed if you have taken liquor.
• We are pet friendly, Extra charge Rs. 800/night each pet without food & owner has to clear after the pet.

• Inside The Pool :- Entering Pool under influence of Liquor | Drinking Liquor, Beers, Spirits | Glasses , Bottles & Cans of all kinds | Eatables | Plastic Bags , Wrappers , foil , Paper , Cartons | Unwashed feet | Without having Shower after visiting Sea shore
• Music audible more than 10 Decibles after 10:00 pm
• Sharp Objects , knives , Gupties & Guns

• Check in 12.00 noon or 5.00 pm
• Corresponding check out next day 11.00 am and 4.00 pm
• Early check in subject to availability of premises
